About You You are a detail-oriented engineer, confident yet humble, committed to code quality, testing, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Implement projects emphasizing quality, performance, and maintainability. Write technical documentation. Address architectural gaps and technical debt. Build and improve identity-related functionalities. Integrate security measures like risk-based fraud detection and MFA. Design user data workflows compliant with regulations. Collaborate with product, security, and legal teams. Qualifications 4-6 years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails. Strong communication skills. Experience with JavaScript/React and API integration. Proficiency with SQL, Postgres, MySQL. Experience with backend systems including MFA and fraud detection. Preferred Skills Security best practices. Payment processing knowledge. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., $146,000-$227,000 in California, with additional equity and benefits.
