This role emphasizes hands-on development, system optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Work on meaningful, mission-driven projects in a collaborative environment with opportunities for autonomy, growth, and leadership.Responsibilities:Modernize and refactor legacy systems for scalability and performance.Design and implement new features and integrations.Work across the stack, focusing on .NET and diverse modern technologies.Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high code quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, and database optimization.Strong problem-solving and system design skills.Prime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
