Responsibilities include promoting best practices in infrastructure architecture, providing customer interface support, working on application architecture design, and optimizing deployed applications from a systems perspective. This role involves engineering solutions and managing complex projects through all lifecycle phases, including hardware, firmware, software, analysis, integration, testing, deployment, and ensuring operational readiness for production. You will also provide operational support to testing to ensure maintainability of end-to-end solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Complete configuration, installation, and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows/Linux environment, including systems and networks running Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, and Linux. Coordinate and implement installation and testing of new security tools/systems. Troubleshoot reported problems and perform root cause analysis to prevent future outages. Maintain software applications, operating systems, and perform regular maintenance. Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services according to objectives.
