Perks and Benefits Stock Options Medical, dental, vision, and life coverage options Generous PTO And much more Ohanafys Core Values Customer Success Trust Speed Give Back Requirements REQUIRED 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise systems Strong experience building and maintaining API integrations and data workflows Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proven ability to guide technical direction and mentor engineering talent Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Architect, develop, and maintain scalable features across our Salesforce-native stack Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to turn business needs into reliable solutions Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP, analytics, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and streaming APIs Lead code reviews, technical planning, and implementation efforts across multiple product areas Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices Drive performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD improvements Support production releases and participate in the on-call rotation DESIRED Experience working on AppExchange apps or Salesforce ISV solutions Background in AWS, Docker, or Cursor Knowledge of the beverage industry or related supply chain/logistics Experience with metadata-driven development or release management within Salesforce
