What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and develop software solutions to enhance the TRSS solutions suite - Collaborate with analytical staff to gather requirements and create documentation - Mentor less experienced developers and lead small projects or teams - Engage in new development and enhance existing applications - Demo new software solutions as needed

What is Required (Qualifications): - B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent work experience - At least 3 years of professional software development experience - Strong moral and ethical character with a solid work ethic - Experience with backend technologies such as Java and SpringBoot - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with AWS and Neo4J or other graph technology - Familiarity with Kafka and ElasticSearch - Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue - Proficiency with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, and Git
