As an early software engineer, you will have a role in bringing AI to the transportation industry: shipping new features, talking to users and shaping company culture for other team members to come.

About you:

You have 3+ years of experience building scalable systems. Rare exceptions are made for individuals with a demonstrated history of high agency: previous startup founders, self-starters with unconventional paths and dropouts who have shipped exceptional products. In SF, or willing to relocate. You are comfortable with work being fully in person. You want to make outsized impact and thrive when surrounded by top performers. You have a strong drive. Other people describe you as someone who takes their work seriously (maybe a little too seriously). It goes from just being a job to an obsession. You have to like challenges. This is hard. We handle tens of thousands of phone calls/emails per day and coordinate complex agentic workflows to make them happen. About the interview:
