Design, develop, and deliver working software applications that meet customer needs. Improve software quality by following Extreme Programming (XP) practices, including code reviews and unit testing. Follow the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto, emphasizing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code. Prepare architectural and technical documentation to support development and decision-making. Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to refine and elaborate user stories. Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to assist in test automation and bug fixes.
