What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to support the Finance department's needs - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle - Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations - Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a vision for a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
What is Required (Qualifications): - 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse - Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors - Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret senior Finance leaders' needs into system solutions - Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools like Power BI or Tableau - Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
