What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to support the Finance department and GEICO’s needs - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle - Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations - Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Technology teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Warehouse - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for implementation

What is Required (Qualifications): - 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP) - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart - Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP) - Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders - Experience with Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes - Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices
