Position Description: deciBel Research seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to support the Ground Based Midcourse (GMD) Weapon System (GWS). The successful candidate will perform MBSE activities in support of the program's GSS IPT. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM related field. Experience Requirements: 12+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of related experience with Master's degree; 8+ years of related experience with PhD Experience with requirements development, decomposition, software verification, and generating system and segment-level test procedures Experience working on Agile programs and methodology Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) Experience with Cameo and DOORS Strong written and oral communication skills Special Skills Desired: An active US DoD Top Secret clearance Technical experience developing and fielding command and control systems (Ground Launch, Ground and Flight Test, Maintenance, etc) for Missile Defense Agency Systems Strong familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance . Must be a U.S. Citizen.
