San Francisco, California, USA Job Description: Technical Solutions are Datadog's in-house product experts. The Technical Solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. You will be part of a team immersed in a startup-like environment where you will be challenged, but also will immediately witness your contributions to Datadog. As part of the Support Operations Engineering team, you will use your various skills to support the global Technical Solutions team, building and maintaining our internal tooling and workflows. What You’ll Do: Support, maintain, and expand several SaaS platforms (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) allowing Technical Solutions to focus on delivering the best customer experience Develop & maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Work with stakeholders to identify technical needs and translate them into requirements, then evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best meet our business objectives. Design and oversee the implementation of technology tools & systems that enable TS teams to efficiently and effectively achieve their KPIs and strategic goals. Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to ensure our technology systems are well-designed and efficient. Ensure that technology systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. Work a hybrid model of 3-5 days in office per week. Who You Are: Experienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company Proficient in at least one area of technology/computing (i.e. Python, Javascript, SQL), with previous programming experience Interested in problem solving and you enjoy automating processes Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a desire for continuous learning A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach A thorough and effective communicator and you pride yourself on your meticulous documentation Datadog values people from all walks of life.
