Key Responsibilities: •Lead multidisciplinary teams for the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment facilities, of moderate to high complexity on a local, statewide and nationwide projects as opportunities arise, including upgrades and new construction. •Develop engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. •Review and sign off on designs that meet federal, state, and local regulations, while upholding CDM Smiths quality standards. •Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact assessments. •Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. •Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers. •Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects. •Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. •Highlight technical luminescence by developing white papers and technical documentation, publishing in journals, and presenting/ speaking at local, regional, and national industry conferences. •Partner with sales teams as needed to meet with clients to understand and deliver on their evolving needs and preparing proposals for future work.
