As a Senior Web Engineer , you will play a critical role in building and delivering exceptional web applications, driving technical excellence, and shaping the user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will work on high-performing, scalable applications that provide world-class experiences for our customers. This role is a hybrid role where employees must be on-site 2-3 days per week. Candidates also must be willing to travel on-site to complete onboarding orientation as dictated by the hiring team. Home Office:  Las Vegas, NV or Jersey City, NJ What You Will Do Propose and lead technical initiatives to enhance stability and performance, address technical debt, or bring new solutions to your domain. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Collaborate with Product, Design, and your cross-functional engineering team to iterate on features and deliver intuitive user experiences. Ensure applications are performant, scalable, and adhere to best practices for web development. Write clean, reusable, and testable code, leveraging design patterns and architectural principles. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks to incorporate new technologies into the development process. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to technical discussions. Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical challenges. Participate in agile practices such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of technical excellence What You Will Need 5-6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend technologies. Experience with Web Native App runtimes such as Capacitor or Cordova. Experience delivering and maintaining large-scale multi-team applications. Experience working on a micro-frontend application stack. Advanced proficiency in and a deep understanding of its core principles. Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (., Tailwind, Sass). Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
