Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software systems using .NET, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps, to understand and prioritize project requirements. Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development standards. Identify areas for improvement in development processes and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Requirements:

Hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and C#. Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and full SDLC practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities with agility.
