As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Provider engineering team, you'll tackle high-impact problems that directly benefit patients and healthcare providers by utilizing your expertise in large-scale distributed systems. What You Will Bring to the Table: 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on writing and refactoring code, as well as developing services and systems. A strong familiarity with your development tools, matched with a readiness to learn new technologies with proper training. Experience developing at least one production system where you had to revisit and refine some of your design choices. A passion for continuous professional growth and knowledge enhancement. A commitment to prioritizing the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in your decision-making. The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $300,000 USD.
