As a Senior/Staff Engineer on the Provider engineering team, you will solve impactful problems affecting patients and providers by building large-scale distributed systems. We value talent over specific tech stacks; you'll work on architecture and design of critical systems and help grow team members. You will start meaningful work from day one in a role that can elevate your career. What You Will Bring to the Table: 6+ years of engineering experience in software development and refactoring both small components and large systems. Familiarity with your tools and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience creating at least one production system that required revisiting design choices as it scaled. A desire for continuous professional growth. A focus on patient and provider needs in decision-making. The Impact You Will Make: Design, implement, and develop products. Mentor other engineers and develop innovative health data solutions. Own projects, assume responsibility, and act as an owner. Drive innovation and deliver valuable data solutions. Work with our modern tech stack including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and more. Contribute to our tech blog.
