Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Service Engineer supporting an advanced manufacturing facility. This role involves being the primary representative in a state-of-the-art environment that showcases cutting-edge technology and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide service support for equipment at the manufacturing facility.
- Act as an effective communicator and brand ambassador for products and organization.
- Assess complex technical issues with the customer and provide feedback to system specialists.
- Attend breakdowns and resolve customer challenges onsite.
- Serve as a communication liaison between customer, expert resources, and project management.
- Collaborate with office/administrative support to deliver service solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and provide detailed information on action points to customer leadership.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- Experience with CNC, Robotics, or Automation Equipment
- Hydraulics
- Great communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Associates Degree or Military equivalent experience with mechanical/electrical equipment troubleshooting
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferred)
- Experience with FANUC material handling equipment
- IoT experience
This role is based at a facility in Dillon, SC, which is at the forefront of new technologies within manufacturing. The environment is highly advanced, offering exposure to the latest technological innovations. The position requires working independently as the sole representative on-site, providing a unique opportunity to handle a large client and potentially advance within the organization.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
