About Our Team: The CCR Ops & Tech Measurement team cultivates a culture of high ownership, customer obsession, and collaborative problem-solving. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Knowledge of software engineering best practices and the full software development life cycle. Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and databases. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with search technologies, especially OpenSearch. Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning techniques. Adept at navigating ambiguous problem spaces and abstract thinking.
