Key Responsibilities:
Ingest and process global news media, broadcasts, podcasts, and social media in real-time.
Design cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for communications professionals to create and analyze content.
Create robust search and monitoring mechanisms to track brand mentions and industry trends.
Develop intuitive reporting tools to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Craft a seamless User Experience (UX) for our internal customers.

A Day in the Life:
Participate in daily standups to discuss progress and address challenges.
Engage in hands-on building: design, prototype, and code.
Join design reviews and bug bashes.
Collaborate with teammates for guidance and alignment.
Participate in product and customer meetings to refine UX and features.
About Our Team:
The CCR Ops & Tech Measurement team cultivates a culture of high ownership, customer obsession, and collaborative problem-solving. We tackle challenging customer issues and create innovative solutions that are efficient and operationally sound. We embrace future technologies like Generative AI to enhance our workflows and drive delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices and the full software development life cycle.
Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with search technologies, especially OpenSearch.
Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning techniques.
Adept at navigating ambiguous problem spaces and abstract thinking.
