The team is located in the US, Canada, and China, mainly responsible for the quality work related to TikTok content safety, including video safety, user safety, etc. They will provide manual or automated support for all related strategy testing, while paying attention to online strategy and stability effects.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. Responsibilities: - Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
- Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2026. - Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
- Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; being agile and a self-starter. Preferred Qualifications: - Passion about techniques and solving challenging problems.
