*** Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team, focusing on the implementation and optimization of WorkForce Software. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring our workforce management system effectively support ***'s global operations. As a Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in WorkForce Software to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and support strategic decision-making across our Human Resources, Manufacturing, IT, Payroll, and Operations functions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading global automotive company. Location: Dearborn, MI Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements related to workforce management processes. Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and technical designs for WorkForce Software solutions. Configure various WorkForce Software modules, including but not limited to policy, profile baseline, pay codes, accruals, premiums, basic scheduling, and roles, to align with ***'s specific operational requirements. Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial business analysis and functional design through system configuration, testing, and deployment. Develop detailed test plans, execute system testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements and perform optimally. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical design documents, user manuals, and implementation guides. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of WorkForce Software applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between WorkForce Software and other enterprise systems. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within workforce management systems through regular audits and data governance practices. Support production deployments, software upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance. Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
