Position Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Develops, implements and maintains factory systems using C#, MS SQL Server, Eyelit MES and other custom products. Participates in cross-functional linked teams and vendors to design, architect and implement factory automation solutions.
Knowledge: Implementing software solutions for manufacturing process, preferably Semiconductor or Hard drive. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Job Complexity: Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Job Description
Salary range for position: $112,000 - $132,000, commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop Factory System solutions for Fab automation using C# .NET, MS SQL Server
Test existing manufacturing tools for SECS/GEM or OPC capability
Work with internal IT team for setup and maintenance of systems to enable Fab automation
Work with external vendors in developing Fab automation solutions and resolving issues
Contribute to the testing and implementation of MES solutions
Interact with Fab engineers and manufacturing personnel for automation application requirements
Provide maintenance support such as troubleshooting and problem analysis with internal and external customers
Develop documentation and contribute to training for Automation Solutions developed
Document, test and verify changes related to Factory Automated Systems
Perform user acceptance testing of new software and assure smooth rollout
Assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated factory systems
Cross train with other team members in applications related to Fab automation
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Fluent in C#, Microsoft .NET Framework
Experience with ASP.NET
Experience developing .NET WinForms and Web services. WPF a plus.
MS SQL Server database knowledgeincluding creation and tuning of stored procedures
Understanding of version control using Microsoft DevOps
Understanding of unit testing, deployment, and on-call production support.
Outstanding communication and documentation skills
Team player with a cooperative attitude
Ability to work in cleanroom environment involving standing for long periods of time and wearing head and face coverings
Work with vendors to resolve issues
Detail-oriented, with a desire to make continuous improvements
Willing to learn new applications/technologies
DESIRED:
Worked in manufacturing environment. Semiconductor or Hard Drives a plus.
SECS/GEM, OPC
MES/ERP integration experience
MES modelling especially Eyelit is a plus
Inficon FabGuard experience is a plus
Experience with multi-threaded applications
Experience with VB .NET
Understanding of manufacturing SPC
Understanding of Data analysis
Proficiency in MS Office products
