What You’ll Do The Software Engineer II uses solid knowledge and experience to contribute to the design and implementation of software to design, develop, and maintain systems that process, transform, analyze, and visualize data for our robotic platform. As a key contributor to the software team, this position is building reliable and scalable data pipelines, implementing algorithms, and generating actionable reports that support clinical, operational, or business decision-making. This position works as a member of a cross functional team to create software solutions based on clinical and user requirements.   Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and software systems to collect, transform, and process structured and unstructured data. Develop and optimize data workflows using cloud infrastructure, including AWS EC2 runners and ACS, to support scalable data processing. Build tools and services to analyze data and generate automated reports and visualizations for clinical, engineering, or business stakeholders. Work closely with other engineers (software, controls, system, hardware) as part of a focused cross-functional team developing software for a medical application. Understand regulatory and quality needs, and engineering needs to drive test software development Contribute to the development and maintenance of the data infrastructure and CI/CD workflows for data pipelines and reporting systems. Participate in design discussions and code reviews
What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field and minimum 1 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong background in object-oriented programming, and software architecture with design patterns. Proficiency with Python and Bash Experience with Rest-API and webhooks using python Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2 runners and ACS, for deploying and managing scalable data processing workflows. Experience with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions. Experience with C++ programming
