Responsibilities Develop customized code and perform analysis using project-specific tools. Lead and participate in developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions, including unit testing and release support. Build monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for applications in production. Implement security controls and monitoring in line with company standards. Lead moderately complex projects and contribute to larger initiatives. Resolve complex technical problems and mentor less experienced team members. In an Agile environment, deliver high-quality software, automate tasks, and collaborate with business stakeholders from design to deployment. Qualifications Required Bachelors Degree with 6-10 years of experience or equivalent. Deep knowledge of information systems and best practices. Understanding of business processes and strategic IT alignment. Project management and complex problem-solving skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Preferred Masters degree and 10+ years of experience. Experience with Test Automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Applitools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), web services, databases, messaging systems, and build tools. Additional Details This role is full-time, regular, based in the United States, with minimal travel. The work involves sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
