We’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer to take a lead role in the development of a modern CRM application built entirely on a serverless architecture. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing product and collaborate with a small, globally distributed team.
What You’ll Do
Lead backend development efforts for a serverless CRM application.
Collaborate with outsourced developers and internal stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
Guide architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance.
Help identify and implement a new solution to replace AWS Pinpoint for marketing communications.
Contribute to a small, agile team with high autonomy and ownership.
Tech Stack Frontend : React
Backend : Node.js (AWS Lambda)
API Layer : AWS API Gateway
Database : DynamoDB (NoSQL)
Other Tools : AWS Pinpoint (being deprecated)
What We’re Looking For Strong experience with Node.js and serverless development in AWS
Proficiency with API Gateway , Lambda , and DynamoDB
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
Experience working with distributed teams
Bonus: Familiarity with AWS Pinpoint or similar messaging/e
Estimated Min Rate : $115000.00
Estimated Max Rate : $125000.00
