Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Analyzes user/customer needs and functionality; plan and design software systems to adapt to those needs

Develop new or enhanced sensor processing algorithms to increase reliability, robustness, performance efficiency, automation levels, product quality, and maintainability

Researches, designs, develops, tests, and modifies enterprise-wide systems and applications software

Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

Performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to minimize interruptions

Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Designs and develop basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems

Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle

Provides inputs for documentation of new or existing programs

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience

Active Top Secret clearance required

US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
