Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer 0 who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a large set of distributed services written in Go, Java, Python, and Kotlin.  Some familiarity with distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS , and Terraform would be helpful. Candidate should have strong background in full-stack development and the ability to adapt to new requirements quickly. Candidate work efforts are expected to have direct impact on performance and scalability of client services. Qualifications No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipling from an accredited college or university if required. Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. This position requires in-scope poly, within 7 years. Required Skills Proven expertise in at least two of the following: Go, Java, Python, Kotlin. Understanding of distributed systems and databases and/or willingness to learn. Backend development experience. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new requirements and technologies quickly. Desired Skills Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of AWS infrastructure. Familiatiry with big data processing frameworks and tools. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Experience with Terraform.
