Boulder Imaging is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to contribute to the higher quality of our cutting-edge vision-based inspection, metrology, and high-performance digital recording technology.
Our future team members will help in the design and development of test plans, test automation and automation tools to enhance efficiency. Team members are expected to complete testing assignments of varying complexity adhering to industry standards and our software development lifecycle procedures. Additionally, we will troubleshoot, and analyze issues individually or collectively, based on the scope of the challenge.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience or familiarity with building large scale test frameworks. Ability to envision a framework that will fit the growth of our product line.
Experience with product or test development with strong emphasis on .NET and Windows development environment.
Experience in the following programming : C#, Python and C++.
Demonstrable knowledge in scripting like PowerShell, Python.
Experience in UI testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Robot framework.
Experience or familiarity with Microsoft SQL database and best practices associated with it.
Experience in the following developer tools: GIT.
Proven experience debugging moderately complex software solutions.
Distinguishing Qualifications and Skills
Experience in cyber security and related test methodologies.
Experience or familiarity with any time-series database InfluxDB, MongoDB, etc
Familiarity with deploying and management Containers/Docker/DevContainers is a plus.
Imaging and motion video knowledge as well as high-speed cameras is a plus.Experience with concurrency, multi-threading friendly development.
Education and Work Experience
BS or MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.
Ideally 3-5 years of development experience (PowerShell, C#, Python) preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
Salary
$95,000 - $105,000/year
