What You Will Do Work directly with the company co-founder to unblock builders and solve complex technical challenges Support both self-serve developers and enterprise customers with API integration and scaling Debug cutting-edge AI technology implementations and provide technical solutions Balance speed and quality in your problem-solving approach Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable explanations for diverse audiences Help shape the future of AI-human interaction by ensuring customer success Ideal Candidate Background 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and debugging end-to-end applications Strong development experience with APIs, webhooks, and complex technical integrations Comfortable working in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages Experience working on technical or developer-focused products Proven track record in venture-backed early-stage startups, ideally in frontier tech Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for solving problems quickly and effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML models or video processing APIs Background in high-growth stage companies (Series A/B) Experience working with diverse audiences including developers, founders, and enterprise buyers Passion for building from scratch rather than optimization Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 Equity package proportional to experience and impact Opportunity to work with world-class AI researchers and cutting-edge technology Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates Modern office in San Francisco's vibrant Mission District
