About the Role As Sr Chief Engineer, you will support the execution of the business unit strategy, providing technical leadership and oversight across the product lifecycle, from design to release. Your responsibilities include guiding technical direction, shaping engineering strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain technical relationships with customers during bid, research, development, and program phases, and support BU technical performance and staffing requirements. About You We seek dreamers who align with our values, vision, and ambitious goals. The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with 16+ years of relevant experience, and an active Top Secret with SCI clearance. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience, P&L responsibility, and knowledge of aerospace industry standards. Compensation Pay Range: $210,300 - $289,150 USD. Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and skills. The role requires an active U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
