About The Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX platform.

In This Role, You Will

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Design, develop, and implement conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow CX ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Integrate AI models and services with backend systems and databases to facilitate seamless data exchange.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of applications to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing reliability.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high standards of quality.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

4+ years of hands-on experience in developing conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow CX.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and methodologies.

Experience developing AI-driven applications across multiple platforms (web, mobile, voice assistants).

Hands-on experience with data stores and Playbooks.

DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines experience.

Certifications Required

Google Contact Center certification.
