Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a proficient Senior Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Power Electronics & Test Validation, to join our Power Electronics & Test Validation team in supporting electric vehicle (EV) and renewable energy projects. This role focusing on the development, verification, and validation of power electronics systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting, excel in technical communication, and drive independent R&D activities to enhance system performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand power electronics topologies and control systems. Review and contribute to schematic, PCB designs, and simulations of power electronics converters. Perform thorough verification and validation tests for power electronics systems, ensuring they meet stringent industry standards and requirements. Utilize hands-on and troubleshooting skills in testing, employing various lab equipment like battery simulators, power supplies, and oscilloscopes. Lead root-cause analysis for system issues, driving R&D initiatives to fruition independently. Must-Have Skills: Deep understanding of power electronics topologies and control methods. Proven hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting power electronics systems. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. Industry Experience:

Experience in EV and renewable energy sectors is highly desirable.
