Ecolab is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team at the forefront of technological innovation. This role can be based in our St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL office and follows the company's hybrid policy. No remote option is currently available for this role. Utilize expertise in React, HTML, SCSS/CSS to create responsive web interfaces. Design end-to-end solutions with Azure services like Azure App Services, Functions, Frontdoor, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Log Analytics. Collaborate to gather requirements, translate into technical specs, and contribute to architectural decisions. Ensure high-quality code through reviews and best practices. Implement CI/CD practices for application quality and performance. Develop new solutions and optimize existing ones for better performance and reliability. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years' experience, or 9 years' experience without a degree. At least 5 years in full stack development or similar. Strong skills in .NET Core and SQL databases (relational and NoSQL). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), Azure services, and containerization (Docker). Proficiency with DevOps, version control (Git), problem-solving, and teamwork. Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities. Note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with early-stage product development and deploying products in dynamic environments. Leadership or mentorship experience and a passion for talent development. Interest in collaborating with external partners, including SMEs in computer vision AI. Flexibility to wear multiple hats and adjust in a fast-moving environment. Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech startups. Compensation: The salary range is $98,600 - $148,000, based on experience, education, and other factors. We comply with all wage laws.
