Responsibilities In this role, the Sr. Network Engineer will: Plan, configure, and maintain complex network solutions. Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve network performance issues. Develop and enforce network policies and procedures. Collaborate on network architecture design to support organizational needs. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: 8+ years of experience in network engineering. Demonstrated success in planning and managing complex networks. Proven capability to identify and resolve network performance issues. Experience developing and enforcing network policies and procedures. Strong ability to collaborate with customers, co-workers, and management to ensure a better solution and network. Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring a team for optimal performance. All candidates must have a current Secret clearance. Preferred Certifications: CCNA GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIH All candidates must be DoD 8140 qualified. Education: Candidates must have a bachelors degree in IT, computer science, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $79,648.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $132,746.67/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
