You will work closely with teams to test/deploy and optimize applications prior to its release and monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in production.The Value You DeliverProvide insight on application Performance defects and Performance Test Sign-offs for release.Actively participate in ongoing production calls to analyze and triage infrastructure or application related issues.Work with our global team and provide feedback on performance.The Expertise You Bring In5+ years of experience as a Performance EngineerExtensive hands-on experience with performance engineering, including use of JMeter, Gatling or similar tools.In-Depth knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, EKSExperience working with Datadog for monitoring, troubleshooting, creating dashboards and alertsExperience with Continuous Testing and integrating into a CICD pipelineComfortable with tools like SQL developer and running SQL queries for data analysis and monitoringExperience working in Agile EnvironmentSelf-motivated and collaborative in your approachSuperb communication skills to work with various teams across US and IndiaAble to clearly communicate test results, findings to technical and non-technical stakeholdersThe Skills that are Good to Have for this roleUnderstanding of Kubernetes conceptsJava development backgroundAutomating performance testing through CICD pipeline is preferredKafka understandingUnix and Shell Scripting BasicsThe TeamAsset Management Technology (AMT) provides worldwide technology and support to all the Investment Management, Research, Trading, and Investment Operations functions.
