As a Senior Software Engineer at Broadridge, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and services. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, modern architecture patterns, and DevOps practices to deliver impactful solutions within a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/6+.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver business value iteratively.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS native services or Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
Leverage AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFront, MSK (Kafka), ElasticSearch, EKS, ECS, Fargate, S3, Aurora Postgres, and Glue to build cloud-native solutions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools like Chef.
Follow secure coding practices and contribute to the architecture and implementation of reliable and secure software solutions.
Provide production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high system availability and performance.
Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, applying best practices in DevOps and deployment automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent education and work experience.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in .NET application development.
Solid experience working with AWS cloud services; experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS is a plus.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and service monitoring.
Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and DB2 is advantageous.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
​Salary range $140,000.00- $160,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
