We are recruiting on purpose a driven and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing Nashville team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage technically complex structural projects, guide talented engineers, and collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring bold designs to life.

What You’ll Do
Lead client communications , design meetings, and internal project coordination
Supervise and perform structural analysis and design across a wide range of building types, including data centers, industrial, adaptive reuse, and historic renovations
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers , helping grow future leaders
Oversee QA/QC reviews to ensure code compliance, accuracy, and quality
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and interdisciplinary coordination
Perform site visits, RFI responses, shop drawing reviews , and construction support
Uphold company and client standards for excellence, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Active PE license (SE is a plus)
8–12 years of structural design experience with buildings
Strong background in steel, concrete, masonry, and light gauge structures
Skilled in software such as RAM, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, TSD, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt , and Microsoft Suite
Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
Preferred:
Proficiency with Revit
Prior experience mentoring or managing engineering teams
