This includes managing software installation, updates and upgrades, while ensuring optimal functionality, security and user satisfaction across our customer devices. Our solutions not only facilitate a smooth start for the new employee but also significantly reduce the workload for IT administrators by providing a seamless interface to manage their device fleet.What You'll Do:Design and develop top-tier software solutionsEnsure the delivery of products meets the highest standards of quality.Assume clear ownership and responsibility for one or multiple product domains.Collaborate with company partners and end-users to gather constructive feedback and continually refine product offerings.Engage deeply with the product’s objectives to ensure Rippling retains its competitive edge in the market.Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.Proven experience in building large-scale platforms for both web and mobile applications.Demonstrable expertise in building distributed services with high availability and strict SLAsSolid foundational knowledge in computer science, and knowledge of architecture and common design patternsYou’re good at cross-functional communication with product managers, designers, etcYou’re passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impactBonus points if you are proficient in Python, Django, and MongoDBExperience with IOT is a plus.Experience with AWS is a plus.Prior experience in Device Management is a plus.Personal Attributes:A genuine interest in product ownership and a dedication to addressing the needs of our customers.An intrinsic motivation to work in a product-centric environment where the emphasis is on making a tangible impact on the customer experience.Additional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
