About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Staff Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in modern web technologies and a passion for building intuitive, high-performance applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others while driving technical excellence across the stack.
What you will bring to the role:
Lead and own the implementation of user interfaces from Figma designs , incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React/JavaScript , Django/Python , and Blazor/C# .
Design and implement underlying databases , business logic , and API integrations .
Collaborate with designers to review and refine Figma boards for optimal user experience.
Ensure high-quality code through unit tests and thorough implementation testing.
Drive best practices in UI/UX , performance optimization , and maintainability .
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions .

What you will need to succeed:
8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development .
Expertise in React/JavaScript , Django/Python , and Blazor/C# .
Strong understanding of database design , API development , and scalable architecture .
Experience working with Figma and collaborating with design teams.
Proven ability to lead interface implementation efforts independently.
Excellent problem-solving , communication , and organizational skills .
Bonus skills:
Background or interest in graphical design .
Experience in scientific or technical domains .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
