**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Experience with process improvement and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Lead projects to implement new processes or technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Train and mentor junior manufacturing engineers
- Collaborate with product design teams to optimize manufacturability
