Storage Engineer Join our high-performance IT infrastructure team as a Storage Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and speed of our enterprise storage and SAN environments. You’ll work with industry-leading technologies—Hitachi, Isilon, Nimble, NetApp, Qumulo, Brocade—while solving complex challenges and driving continuous improvements.

What You’ll Do

Keep enterprise storage running at peak performance across production and non-production environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve storage and SAN issues, providing expert L2 support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver seamless solutions.

Participate in on-call rotation for critical support.

Identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes with scripting.

Contribute to high-impact, project-based initiatives.

What You Bring

Experience with enterprise storage systems, SAN switches, and protocols (SCSI, NFS, CIFS).

Skills in storage configuration, replication technologies, and automation tools.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

A customer-first mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
