Why This Role: Nationally recognized company with decades of stability and craftsmanship In-house production and engineering teams ensure strong communication and execution Opportunity to work on custom, complex projects across commercial and public markets Competitive salary, full benefits, and long-term growth potential Supportive, team-oriented culture in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment In This Role, You Will: Design glulam beams, trusses, and arches, including connection and support details Generate shop drawings, submittals, and structural calculations for review and fabrication Coordinate with internal sales, production, and project teams to ensure buildability and code compliance Review specifications, project plans, and codes for accuracy and alignment Interface with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on custom timber solutions Your Background: EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain PE in near term) Bachelor’s in civil or Structural Engineering Experience in structural timber or interest in engineered wood design Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (RISA, SAP2000, etc.) Strong communication skills and an interest in custom, hands-on work
