Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer, PE position include: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas Minimum 5 years of experience in residential structural design, including new home foundations Strong understanding of wood framing, slab-on-grade foundations, and windstorm design (TWIA experience preferred) Proficiency in structural analysis tools such as RISA, ETABS, or Enercalc Conduct structural analysis and design for single-family and multifamily homes Ensure code compliance with IRC, IBC, and regional standards Coordinate with architects, builders, and city officials on plan approvals Provide construction support including site visits and client interface Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
