We are Recruiting on Purpose a Structural Engineer with experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plant projects. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and team mentorship to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio that includes both heavy civil and architectural projects while helping to shape the next generation of engineering talent. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate all aspects of construction administration and quality control. Apply project management best practices to streamline execution and maintain high standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and providing effective, tailored solutions. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute complex structural designs. Oversee the preparation of structural reports, plans, and specifications across multiple concurrent projects. Support a variety of structural project types, including: Water and wastewater treatment facilities Dams, flood walls, and retaining structures Water transmission facilities Low to mid-rise commercial, educational, and industrial buildings

Staff Development: Mentor and support junior engineers and project managers to foster professional growth. Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.
