IT support experience (or relevant coursework/certifications) Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team Rate 20-25 an hour
