Provide technical support for both on-premises and cloud-based Exchange systems, including migrations from Exchange 2016 to SaaS platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot Database Availability Groups (DAGs), ensuring efficient replication and recovery across Exchange environments.
Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve mail delivery issues, perform message tracking, and document system activity in daily operational logs.
Respond proactively to Microsoft SCOM alerts and perform root cause analysis to prevent potential incidents.
Monitor server performance, run diagnostic tests, manage system backups, and execute cluster failovers when required.
Track and manage incidents via the Altiris Ticketing System, supporting broader incident and problem management workflows.
Create and manage user accounts and mailboxes, perform mailbox migrations and restores.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience across Exchange versions 2010-2019 and SaaS migrations.
Strong understanding of directory services and integration with Exchange.
Proven ability to manage replication networks and resolve database-level issues.

Experience with clustering technologies for failover and incident resolution.
General understanding of routing, DNS, Ethernet, and network infrastructure.
Familiarity with Microsoft SCOM for alerting and Altiris for incident tracking.
Experience with tools like Veeam for backup and recovery.
Familiarity with technologies such as TMG/ISA and remote access platforms.
Experience supporting SQL Server (2008-2022), Microsoft SharePoint, and enterprise server environments.
