Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams
Work with business leaders to align solutions with customer needs and priorities
️ Analyze technical challenges and present multiple solution options for decision-making
What We're Looking For: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field with 4+ years experience (Master’s/PhD with less experience also considered)
✅ Strong systems engineering knowledge: requirements engineering, risk management, configuration, and validation
✅ Experience in regulated environments, familiar with FDA, ISO, and diagnostic product standards
✅ Strategic mindset with passion for innovation in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
✅ Expertise in software reliability, manufacturability, and usability
