The Systems Engineer position is available for the Sycomp Professional Services Team in Las Vegas, NV. The Systems Engineer must have broad technical knowledge of Infrastructure solutions and perform hardware installations and logical configurations. The Systems Engineer will deliver excellent customer service, collaborate with the team using professional written and verbal communication, and demonstrate effective problem determination skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Experience working in a data center environment
· HP ProLiant series tools and Dell Server troubleshooting experience
· Familiar with Rocky Linux operating system command line interface
· Server rack and stack and basic network troubleshooting experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player and able to execute work independently
· Prioritize and manage own workload and ticketing queue
· Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, cobbler, arsenal, puppet
· Data center architecture and Network build experience
5 years technical experience in an IT or other related field
Education
University degree in a related subject or Professional designation

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
