Solugenix is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Devops Engineer for a full-time, hybrid position based in Irvine, CA.

Ideal candidate with hands-on experience in managing build systems and orchestrating software releases across multiple environments. You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, and version control tools like Git and Bitbucket, ensuring stable, reliable, and repeatable build and release processes.

Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience including leading projects. Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar. Proficiency in version control systems: Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks. Solid understanding of build automation, version control systems, and release management. Familiar with AWS cloud. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. Manage and support tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Bitbucket. Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline the build and release process. Automate builds, deployments, and configuration management. Monitor and troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues. Drive improvements in pipeline speed, reliability, and security. Maintain documentation related to CI/CD processes and infrastructure.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $135K to $150K/year. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
