Technical Support Engineer III

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking to hire a Technical Support Engineer III who is passionate about providing quality customer service to our employees and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team.
Responsibilities:
Assist leadership in resource management as well as project resources.
Become backup for the Information Technology Director regarding vendor management, support, and escalation.
Review metrics and tools to proactively monitor hardware, application, and system performance, push alerts, and to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Monitor system elements provided by external vendors.
Qualifications:
Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred
One or more certifications in the following: Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, CompTIA A+, AWS or Azure Cloud Computing Certifications (Level 2 or above), Nextgen or EHR of choice - Certified Professional in either EPM or EHR certification
Experience providing technical customer support
