Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95054 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $45/hr.
Responsibilities:
Be a Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of our platform.
Understand our platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting.
Resolve technical cases?created by customers looking for?help to understand or?troubleshoot unexpected?behaviors.
Required Skills:
Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).
Proficiency in troubleshooting or configuration knowledge on LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication.
